- Condition of the Product: The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel, custom-made corsets, and items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- We take great care in ensuring that our customers receive the exact size they order. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the corset delivered matches the size you selected at the time of purchase. However, if you receive a corset with a size label different from what you ordered, you may request a return or exchange. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 2 business days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the incorrect size label and the corset in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend ordering a corset that is 4 inches smaller than your natural waist size. Selecting the correct size is the responsibility of the customer, and returns will not be accepted for sizing issues if the correct order was fulfilled.
Steps to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.
